       Nowadays, weight loss and obesity have become major issues for many of us. It became a global problem. We are trying hard to get rid of weight loss and obesity through different mediums like weight loss routine, gym, yoga, diet plan, etc.

Now here we will find roots of excessive weight gain so that you could solve problems of weight loss /gain.

1)    Eating junk food:

Say No to most diets, junk food can be addictive. Up to 25% of people with obesity or excess weight may live with food addiction. Food addiction involves being addicted to junk food in the same way drugs are addicted to drugs. Addiction controls you and affects your body. Junk food marketers are aggressive in marketing.

 

2)    Unaware of added sugar: In the modern diet added sugar may be the single worst aspect. Added sugar is half glucose and half fructose, when this sugar consumed in excess that can changes the hormones and biochemistry of your body, this contributes to weight gain.

In a computerized world and work from home culture, there is the ease of doing work from your place but it involves a long hour of seating, loose discipline, no time for exercise, yoga, walk making our unhealthy fast food, no time for homemade food all that affects your health also such lifestyle gain weight.

In modern society, Despite the importance of nutrition, children and adults are generally not taught how to eat properly, we are confronted with range of advertisements, nutrition claims, etc., so you will fail to form dietary and lifestyle habits that you bring into a healthy body. unhealthy nutrition habits can gain weight and affect your body.

7)    Chronic stress: When you’re stress out chronically it can affect your health badly. A high level of stress hormone cortisol has been shown to increase hunger and your desire for highly palatable, calorie-dense food which can cause weight gain.


8)    Poor Sleep: Researchers say that poor sleeping pattern can lead to weight gain and an increase in body mass index (BMI).
