     The Festival of Rakhi has a special place in the hearts of all sisters and brothers, because on this day, they reinstate the commitment to their pure relationship.


       But does it hold the same richness that it began with? Do we know why it started or has it become ‘just one of those things we Indians do’?   

Meaning of Raksha Bandhan – the bondage of protection and as per tradition.it contains tilak, designer rakhies, gifts, sweet etc. nowadays posting on social media, celebrating online.

      But much deeper true meaning is, we are children of the One Supreme Soul/ universe.

true significance lies in portraying the viceless and pure love between brother and sister.

 The ‘tilak’: a symbol of awakening one’s awareness of “Soul consciousness” Awakening from man’s greatest enemy – the VICES of anger, lust, greed, attachment, ego etc.

Tying a “rakhi”:It is a symbol of a bond of chastity or purity in thoughts, words and deeds. 

Sweetening of the mouth : It is symbolic of the victory we will feel when we overcome the vices.

It is important to create awareness amongst men who indulge in crimes against women to treat other women with respect as they treat their own sisters for whose well-being they feel responsible.

Then only sisters will feel independent, and most importantly when we will change our attitude of discrimination on different grounds by BROTHERHOOD FEELING then it will be biggest contribution of each and every Indians toward nation, and RELIGIOUS WAR WILL gradually END.

    At the present time, a fear is one the biggest diseases spreading in our world. By staying in soul-consciousness, we can bring about a world of purity, peace and prosperity!

WE CAN BRING NEW PEACEFUL INDIA BY CHANGING OUR BELIEF SYSTEMS.This is how to truly celebrate INDEPENDENCE DAY AND RAKSHA BANDHAN
